What Ascent is

Ascent is a decision-support tool operated by Ascent Career Intelligence. It extracts facts from material you provide and produces an assessment of fit against the profile you provide.

What Ascent is not

Ascent is not a job board, a placement service, an employer, an application agent, or a provider of legal, financial, immigration or employment advice. It does not apply, message or act on your behalf.

Accuracy and limits

Extraction and analysis are produced by automated systems and can be wrong or incomplete. You are asked to verify facts before evaluation for that reason. A recommendation is not a prediction of any outcome and is never a guarantee. Decisions remain yours.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You confirm you have the right to submit it. Do not upload material you are not permitted to share.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ascent to break the law, to scrape or resell third-party content at scale, or to attempt to access another person's workspace.

Accounts and termination

You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your data or account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

Ascent is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Ascent Career Intelligence is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you make.
