What we collect
When you submit the contact form, request a Positioning Audit, or subscribe to the Career Intelligence Brief, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, role, target direction, LinkedIn URL, and any narrative you choose to share. If you upload a résumé to the audit form, that file is stored privately on our infrastructure.
How we use it
We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate audit applications, and deliver the Brief you subscribed to. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in a secured database hosted by our cloud provider. Résumé files are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket and are not publicly indexable. Access is restricted to Ascent and our service infrastructure.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the Brief at any time using the link in any email we send. You may request deletion of any data we hold about you by contacting us via the contact form.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal first-party cookies required for site function. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
